I can't believe how fast the Winter Youth Retreat passed!!! It went so fast! I thought I would get a chance to add some pictures before I came home, but the internet connection up there is really slow! So now that I'm home I'll do it!
So Saturday morning I was up at 5 because SOMEONE (I won't mention any names daryn) decided to see if I was up!! Lol and by the time I got outside, closer to 8, the guys had already been sledding for an HOUR!!! So we had breakfast and then had a regular morning session with Bro. Trevino (He talked about parents), and then had a split session with Sis Trevino teaching the girls and Bro. Trevino teaching the guys. I obviously didn't hear what he preached, but Sis Trevino taught on how special we are to God. VERY inspiring. Then after lunch we went out and played in the snow (went sledding, had snowball fights, played capture the flag)for about 3 hours!!! We had so much fun!! But that night's service was the highlight of the retreat. We started the service off with an AWESOME pre-service prayer and then by the time Bro Trevino finished preaching, we were all in the altar. We stayed in the altar for 2 hours maybe more. Just when we thought we would get up, the Holy Ghost fell again. It was just powerful. Every single person got a mighty touch of God!! I already am anticipating next year's!!!
Here are some pictures from the retreat. These are not all just a selected choice. If you want to see all you can visit my church website by using the link to the right. Just go to the youth section and you'll see more of a variety. :)

Winter youth retreat was awesome! We had a blast, and made many memories, some good and others...lol jk. But above all we heard from God! I cant wait until next year. And by the way thanks for writing about me and putting more pictures of us on your page lol. I do agree that you should do a Daryn post. Well enough said. Go eat them pickles!
Daryn
Oh you're so welcome Daryn, it was my pleasure!! Yes we did hear from God!!! I loved going so much... Even though we were probably the worst group they had, from the broken soda machine to the broken light, to the broken door on the platform... Oh my... Oh and I can't help it that pickles are WONDEROUS!!!! Or that I ate most of the ones in the salad bar! They were just calling my name
We wont forget to mention the broken bed in my cabin lol JK. Hey remember when i text you saturday morning and you couldnt find your phone? Well I shouldnt of laughed to hard at you because the same thing happened to me on sunday morning. My phone somehow ended up under the bed lol. This is weird cause i'm texting you and commenting you at the same time. But anyway you didnt say anymore on the Daryn post. Whats the deal?
DaRyN!
Oh yes I remember you laughing!!! I heard it buzzing but couldn't find it anywhere especially since it was dark... So annoying. I woke a few people up accidentally! Lol. Well... I didn't mention anymore about a Daryn post because I didn't want people to know how self-assured you truly are!!! Lol if you really want one I can put one up! Lol
Do it, Do it!
DA
This sounds very interesting. I'm eager to find out what this "Daryn Post" will be like. Post away dear Erica. Post away.
Mizz ERM,
Love your blog!! Glad you told me about it cuz I loved seeing the pics of the ILC Youth Retreat!!! Especially my baby girl!!
Keep up the good work on your blog!!
HI
Aww thanks Jana!!! I like your blog too!!!
Jarron.... what can I say??? Lol love you cuz!
you are not a true pickle fan unless you have ever drank the rine straight out of the jar...
Lol you speak as if I never have drank the pickle juice. I absolutely CRAVE pickles, and pickle juice is just wondermous. My parents get me the gallon jar, and I eat all of it within two days. So how's that for a pickle fan?
Ok, you definitely qualify then. Just thought I'd check. Great blog by the way.
